1. How long is the completion lead time for standard product?

1-2 weeks

 

2. How do I track my order status?

The shipping details will send to you via email after your order is processed. The tracking number provided in email will inform you about the order status.

 

3. Where do you ship to?

We ship products within Malaysia, Singapore and internationally. Shipping fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.

 

4. What courier does you use?

We ship products with FedEx.

 

5. How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us +604 646 8428 or email us at camnlee@tms-lite.com. Once the cancellation request has been done, we will notify you via email. FYI, 30% of total order will be charges for cancellation request.

Returns and Exchanges

1. How do I return or exchange my order?

Please note that you can return your product for a refund or exchange within 7 days of the receipt. The product must be returned in the original packaging. Returning parcels must provide proof of postage like tracking number and our company address indicated on the returned parcel. It would be better to send via registered mail or courier with tracking number.

2. How much is the return shipping fee?

Please note the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

 

3. What do I do if my order arrives with item which is damaged or wrong?

All orders are checked for defects before shipment. In an unfortunate case which you receive a defective item, please contact us within stipulated number of days of receipt with your order number, product code, name, address and reason for return/exchange. All other cases will only be eligible for a one-for-one exchange.

4. Can I get cash refund for return and exchange?

We strictly do not offer any cash refund under any circumstances. For any reasons of exchange or returns, the value will be credited to your member account only. We do not offer refund via Bank or PayPal.
